Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you will love everything that you purchase from Lady Luxe Boutique, however if this is not the case we are happy to offer a store credit. 

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Lady Luxe Boutique is not required to provide a refund for change of mind or incorrect choice based on fit, style or fabric. This includes items purchased with AfterPay. All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible however, a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

Postage and handling charges incurred by you and by Lady Luxe Boutique to resend to you, will be at your expense. For items that qualified for FREE shipping in Australia we will deduct $10 from the item value to cover the original shipping costs and $25 for International . As we are not responsible for any lost items, we highly recommend customers to use a mail tracking service.

 - Returns must be made within 30 days from delivery date

- Goods must be returned in original packaging with tags still attached, unworn, unwashed, free of fake tan, perfume & makeup.

A maximum number of 2x returns accepted only, starting from your initial order.

- Lady Luxe Boutique will not accept an item that is considered used.  If this is the case, the parcel will be returned back to the customer and any shipping costs will not be covered by Lady Luxe Boutique.

Faulty Items

Lady Luxe Boutique check every one of their dresses very carefully for marks, tears or bad stitching. If there is a major fault with your item we will either repair or replace the item. If this is not possible we will then offer you a credit note or refund. The outcome of a refund is at Lady Luxe Boutiques discretion.

Please email hello@ladyluxeboutique.com.au with a picture of the defect, within 2 days of receiving your item.

- Any sale items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

- For hygiene reasons bodysuits cannot be returned
