Shipping Information

Due to COVID your order may take a little longer to arrive. Most parcels are arriving on time but some could take an extra 5 business days or more to reach their destination.

Australia Wide Shipping

We use Australia Post Express for all our shipping within Australia & charge a flat rate of $10.

All our orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days depending on our stock levels. Deliveries can be tracked via Australia Post's website. If you have not received your order within 7 days please contact us via email at hello@ladyluxeboutique.com.au

If you require your dress for a special event or a specific date please email us first to ensure we have stock available.

International Shipping Costs

US Express $45 (est. delivery 3-5 business days)

NZ Express $45 (est. delivery 2-3 business days)

Rest of the world between $45 - $89

International Shipping Terms

Once payment has been received, the item will be shipped within 1-3 business days. International orders will be shipped via DHL Express.

Shipping time 3-5 business days from date of dispatch.

Deliveries can be tracked via 'DHL Express' website.

• The driver will require a signature upon delivery

• If there is nobody home when the driver attempts delivery, they will make contact via the mobile number provided and with your permission, can leave your parcel somewhere safe.

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges you may occur. 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges.

All Taxes and Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address.
