HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

 

You will receive a confirmation email once you place your order. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email simply send an email to our Customer Care team at hello@ladyluxeboutique.com.au

Lady Luxe Boutique is based online only. 


I AM UNABLE TO PLACE MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

 

If an error message is occurring at the check out, it is usually a defect with the billing or shipping address you are trying to use. Try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing or shipping information. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please  email our Customer Care team at hello@ladyluxeboutique.com.au


HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?

 

We have a size guide for you to follow, but if you have specific questions about an item, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@ladyluxeboutique.com.au


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 

We post all Australia orders via AusPost express, please allow 1-3 business days from the date of shipment for your parcel to arrive.

 

We ship all international orders via DHL Express or AusPost Express, please allow 3-5 business days from the date of shipment to receive your order. Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays and the delivery time frame excludes delays caused during international custom’s processing or your location.


DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?

 

International orders will require a signature on delivery. If there is nobody home when the driver attempts delivery, it may be taken to the nearest depot where it can be picked up from or redelivered upon request. Generally a card will be left by the courier providing details on how to do this.


WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?


We ship to most countries worldwide via DHL Express and Australia Post.


WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

 

We accept payment via PayPal and you are not required to have a PayPal account. After you make your purchase you will be redirected to PayPal for payment and you can either log into your PayPal account or you have the option to pay via all major credit cards on the right hand side.


WHAT DOES PRE-ORDER MEAN?

 

If you have ordered a pre-order item, this means the particular item is currently sold out and in the process of being restocked. The estimated date of dispatch will be displayed under the description of a pre-order product. We will send you a follow up email after you place your order to remind you that your item is on pre-order and will not be dispatched straight away. On the rare occasion we experience a delay in the delivery of a pre-order style, we will contact you via email and let you know.


DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE IF I RETURN MY ITEM?

 

You will have to cover the postage cost to return any garment to us. Exceptions will be granted if Lady Luxe is at fault, for example for any faulty garments or dispatch errors.
